Returns/Refund Policy - All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for downloadable products, video media files or password access. Any technical difficulties encountered will be addressed by the webmaster of PoseYourToes.com and every attempt will be made to assist customers without exceeding the realms or boundaries of the product for which assistance is needed (i.e. We will not assist with hardware/software incompatibilities or failure).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is correct before proceeding to final checkout. If you, the customer, order an identical product to a previously ordered product or has inadvertently ordered the same product more than once or inadvertently has ordered duplicate products at time of checkout, no refund will be issued.

If it is determined that a customer is abusing the policies of this site, abusing purchasing or excessive or inappropriate chargebacks, the customer will no longer be able to purchase products from PoseYourToes.com.
